What we do

Six disciplines,
one engineering team.

We take ownership across the full stack so you're never stuck translating between a designer, a dev shop, and an AI consultant. One team, one invoice, one point of accountability.

01

Custom Software Development

Bespoke web and backend applications engineered from first principles for your domain, not assembled from a template.

02

AI Implementation & Automation

LLM integrations, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and intelligent document processing that actually work in production.

03

Database Engineering

Schema design, performance tuning, migrations, and scaling across relational, NoSQL, and vector stores.

04

Cloud & Deployment

Production-grade infrastructure: CI/CD, observability, cost controls, and architecture reviews you can take to the bank.

05

Web & Mobile Applications

Full-stack web and cross-platform mobile. Fast, accessible, and designed for the people who actually use them.

06

IT Consulting

Strategic advisory, stack selection, and architecture reviews. We explain trade-offs in plain language, not slide decks.

Why InstellaCreative

A studio, on purpose.

Most agencies grow by adding layers. We grow by adding capability, senior engineers, trusted specialists, zero middle management between you and the work.

What you get
  • A direct line to the people writing your code, not an account manager.
  • A weekly shippable increment, every week, from week one.
  • Full ownership of the code, the infrastructure, and the decisions.

Built for production

We don't do prototypes that live in a deck. Every system we build goes live, runs under real load, and stays alive long after launch. Production is the default, not the finish line.

AI-native, not AI-hyped

We ship AI that works in production, not AI that demos well. We know when a vector database solves your problem and, more importantly, when a regex does.

End-to-end ownership

Design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance under one roof. No vendor stitching. No "that's not our scope." No finger-pointing at 2am.

Plain-language communication

Weekly demos. Shared Linear boards. Direct Slack access. You always know what we're building, why, and what's next. No status-report theatre.

How we work

Five phases. No surprises.

Every engagement follows the same shape, calibrated to your scope. You'll know what's happening this week, next week, and at launch before we write a single line of code.

01
Discovery

Deep-dive workshops. We map constraints, users, data, success metrics, and the real problem beneath the brief.

Deliverable
Scope doc + fixed estimate
02
Design

Architecture, data model, and interface mocks. We commit to a system before writing production code.

Deliverable
Clickable prototype + ADRs
03
Build

Weekly shippable increments. Code review, tests, and a running staging environment from day one.

Deliverable
Weekly demos + staging URL
04
Deploy

Production rollout, observability, runbooks, and a zero-downtime cutover. We stay on-call through launch.

Deliverable
Live product + runbook
05
Support

Retainer or on-demand. SLAs, feature roadmaps, and the same engineers who built it. No knowledge handoff.

Deliverable
SLA + monthly review

From clients

Quiet confidence, on the record.

They shipped a working MVP before our previous agency had finished 'discovery.' The difference is they're actually senior engineers, not account managers pretending to be.

I'm a non-technical founder and I never once felt talked down to, or talked around. They explain trade-offs like you're a peer, then go build the thing.
Founder
Mobile app startup
We hired them for an AI pilot. They told us, honestly, where AI wouldn't help, and where it would. We ended up with something that actually works in production.

FAQ

The questions we get most.

Didn't find what you were looking for? Ask us directly on a discovery call, we'd rather give you a real answer than a footnote.

Fixed-scope engagements for well-defined work (e.g. 'build this MVP'), weekly retainer for ongoing collaboration, or hourly for advisory. We quote after a discovery call, never before. No surprise change orders mid-build.

Anywhere from a two-week audit to a six-month platform build. Our sweet spot is MVPs and production systems in the $30k–$250k range. If your project is bigger, we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and sometimes recommend someone else.

Discovery runs 1 week. Most MVPs ship in 8–14 weeks. AI integrations and audits can be faster, sometimes 2–4 weeks end-to-end. We give you a realistic calendar at proposal time, not an aspirational one.

Yes, mutual NDAs before any substantive conversation. We also handle IP assignment cleanly. You own everything we write for you, full stop, on day one.

You choose: a month-to-month support retainer with defined SLAs, an hourly bucket for ad-hoc work, or a full handover with documentation and onboarding for your in-house team. Most clients stay on retainer, we built it and we know it best.

Entirely. We've shipped for clients across 9 time zones. Weekly video syncs, daily async updates, and a shared project board. If you want us on-site for kickoff or a key milestone, we can do that too.
